Tiers of competitive athletes

So we decided to start setting up some benchmarks for people to hit. This allow people to know where they sit, and to look at themselves to see what they need to improve upon if they want to compete. 
 
Each level is set up as a tier. You must be able to complete all the activities listed on each tier before you can move up to the next one. 
 
We will eventually get hats or pins to denote the tiers. I need some interesting ideas.

GREY TIER

Perform all of the following under supervision

YELLOW TIER

Perform all of the following under supervision

BLUE TIER


1) Compete all 22 Crossfit Girls Rx

2) Sub 15 minute Linda

3) 5 Rounds of "Bytown Bruiser" in under 10 minutes

4) Achieve 70% of your qualifying USAW weight class (C&J + Snatch)

5) Compete as a Bytown Rx Athlete
