We offer group classes as well as personal training. If you are an experienced Crossfitter you are more than welcome to start a regular membership. 

If you are new to Crossfit, please book a foundations class first.

If you decide to join our crossfit classes you will need our foundations course. This is scheduled to when it is convenient for you, with the coach of your choice, at your own pace. Most people require 3-5 sessions. The cost per session is $50.

This one on one approach allows us to give better attention to your individual needs and allows you to start partaking in our regular classes more quickly. 

If you feel you should be exempt from the foundations class, please stop by for a free trial so we can see how you move. 

All memberships are billed on the 1st of the month. If you sign up for a membership on another date, it will be prorated until the 1st of the next billing cycle. all memberships, no matter the term, are paid only on a monthly basis.
