Taylor Stewart - Coach
Taylor began his CrossFit coaching journey back in 2011 at CrossFit Subzero in Thunder Bay, Ontario. It is here where he started to learn about his values as a CrossFit coach. Taylor has come a long way since then in terms of his coaching ability. He is always seeking out new ways to improve as an athlete and a coach. Taylor's goal is to have clients/athletes gain strength both physically and mentally, and become more confident individuals in and out of the gym. You can catch Taylor at CrossFit Bytown in the morning as he coaches the 6a.m. and 7a.m. classes.
