A) Clean & Jerk - 15 minutes to establish a 1 rep max

B) 3 Rounds for quality reps:
    1 minute strict pull ups
    1 minute double or triple under
    1 minute handstand push up or hold
    1 minute pistols (no band) or air squats to depth
    1 minute Rest after each round
