OPEN WORKOUT 13.1 (modified version)

*Members who are signed up for the Open are encouraged to rest today and do the workout as a gym on Saturday.  Members who are not signed up for the Open have the opportunity to try out a modified version of the workout today and come cheer tomorrow!

If you cannot make it on Saturday and you need to do the Open workout on Friday please let Dan or Everett know and you can do it Friday.  Saturday will be a great day so please try to come Saturday if possible.

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
20 Burpees
  75/45/15 pound Snatch, 15 reps
 15 Burpees
 135/75/45 pound Snatch, 15 reps
 10 Burpees
  165/135/75 pound Snatch, 15 reps
  5 burpees

AMRAP 165/135/75 for remainder of 12 minutes

Modify as necessary.
