This will be an ESTIMATION WOD. You will have to estimate how much time it will take you and your partner to complete this WOD. There will be no timers or watches allowed. The closest two teams to their estimated time will win a prize... and I'll just say it's "meaty". 

Estimate how much time it will take you and your partner to do Murph:
1-Mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
1-Mile Run
If you have a 20# vest or body armor, wear it.

Rx tag team the gymnastics  (one person works at a time)
Rx + Solo
Rx + # Beast Mode with 20# vest
