Warm-up:

  • High knees forward/back
  • Butt kicks forward/back
  • Frankenstein
  • Frankenstein with leg swing
  • Frankenstein with hop
  • Bear Crawl
  • Inchworms
  • Calf raises 3 x30
  • Wrist Mobility

Conditioning:
6 min EMOM (alternating minutes)

  • 15- 25 tuck ins
  • 20s handstand hold or hollow body

Skill: Toes-To-Bar (3 x max reps)

WOD: 15 min AMRAP

HSPU (RX + 4 inch deficit HSPU)
Plate Burpees 25/45

Ascending ladder => 2-4-6.... add two every round
