RIP Cpl. Nathan Cirillo

It's our honour to host a workout for Cpl. Nathan Cirillo, a reservist who lost his life standing guard in front of the War Memorial. A young father, animal lover and custodian of our freedoms. 
We've introduced a new move in Nathan's honour, the dog walk. You will have to run with a partner with a plate 10/25 held between you on a rope.

100 sit ups
RUN 400 meters with walk the dog
80 burpee pull ups
80 sit ups

RUN 400 meters with walk the dog
60 burpee pull ups
60 sit ups
RUN 400 meters with walk the dog
40 burpee pull ups

40 sit ups
RUN 400 meters with walk the dog
20 burpee pull ups
20 sit ups
RUN 400 meters with walk the dog

Once completed resume an ascending ladder, 20-40-60-80-100
WOD is performed teams of two.
Time cap is 45 minutes. 

BEGINNER 10:30 CLASS - The rep scheme is cut in half although this is a hero WOD and is meant to be tough so you are encouraged to try the full WOD.
