SKILL & STRENGTH:

  • 5 x EMOM 5 burpees + 1 rope climb
  • 5 x 1 min handstand hold on wall or on box
    • hold PVC face down when you go down to complete the minute
    • 1:1 work rest (RX + Freestanding)

WOD: Tabata (1 min rest between rounds)

  • Burpees
  • Plyo Lunges
  • Pushups
  • Pistols or Air Squats
