Play Hungry Hippos

==> 4 teams make a square. Put the medicine balls in the middle
Each team member does a burpee and then gets a ball. Winner is the team with the most balls.

WOD: Breaking up with Angie

  • pullups - partner hanging
  • pushups - partner plank hold
  • situps - partner hollow body
  • squats - partner squat hold

You can rest but no reps are counted unless partner is hanging/holding.
