  • Bear Crawls -> Bear Hops
  • Inchworm
  • Lizard
  • 3 x 5 Bear PU
  • 3 x 10 Hang Shoulder Depress/Retract
  • TABATA Chin over bar hold/L-sit or hang

Skill:

  • Strict Pull-Ups & HSPU 

WOD:

  • 3 rounds for QUALITY (and for time):
    • 5 Strict HSPU
    • 10 Strict Pull-ups
    • 15 Air Squats
