Warm Up:

  • PVC Pass Throughs
  • Skin the Cat warm up
  • Bridge Ups x 25
  • 5 min EMOM Bridge Hold 10-30s
  • Middle Split or Frog 2 min hold

Skill: Tumbling

  • Rolls, Cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings and tucks

WOD: 10 min AMRAP

  • 2 walk walks (RX roll out)
  • 4 front rolls
  • 6 pistol squats (RX no oly shoes)
  • 8 deck squats
  • 10 cartwheels
