Please read the article above. We are doing a joint mobility day today. We will be assesing our overhead position, our forward fold and standing posture and working at getting some of the kinks out.
Today the WOD is mobility. We will be focusing on ankles, hips, back and shoulders.
Why is there no metcon? You ask... Because this is a deload week and we are giving our bodies a day of recovery. Doing mobility is just as important as met cons, strength training and gymnastics training and we don't do enough of it.
