Today's WOD is a "surprise" WOD although you might find some hints embedded in this post and guess what at least one of the movements are.

Specialty Mobility class using YTU balls from 12-1. Come and find out how to self-massage those tight muscles and joints using YTU balls. Todays class will focus on the "thruster" and "rope climbing" muscles and joints.
