Gymnastics Strength Circuit 2 x 40/20 
1. Plank
2. Arch body
3. Hollow Body
4. Bent arm hang or straight arm hang or strict tempo 3s pull-ups
5. Push-ups

Tumbling 

Rolls, Cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings and tucks

Handstand Conditioning

5 x max handstand hold (60 s max hold)
Add up your total handstand holding time. A perfect score would be 5 min.
***The holds must be in proper form
