  • 25 each of calf raises in, centre, out
  • Weighted PVC Shoulder Flexions
  • Weighted PVC Shoulder Extensions
  • 3 rounds:
    • 5 Bear Pushups
    • 5 Elevations/Depressions on bars
    • 5 Strict T2B (on bar or floor)
  • Wrist Stretches

Skill: Handstand Walk 

WOD: With a continuously running clock

  • one Handstand push­up the first minute
  • two Pull­ups the second minute
  • three Handstand push­ups the third minute
  • four Pull­ups the fourth minute.... 

Continue in this pattern as long as you are able. If your pace falls behind the count, continue to alternate exercises while recording reps for a total of twenty minutes.

RX + is STRICT

1 pm MOBILITY will be focused on UPPER BODY MOBILITY and STRETCHING
