9:00-9:30 CF Kids (5-12 years)
Focus: Oompa Loompa (Push Press)

9:30-10:30 Paired Workout

10:30-11:30 Paired Workout

11:30-12:30 Paired Workout

12:30 Specialty Class

Our Speciality Class this Saturday will be taught by Dr. Shayne Young, Chiropractor of Active Health Institute and Ottawa Chiropractic & Sports Injury Clinic. 

The talk will cover one of the most fundamental movements, the squat and its variations such as the pistol and the lunge. He will discuss proper movement patterns, and discussed compromised movement patterns. He will also discuss drills and exercises to fix these movement errors. 

If you want to be safer and more efficient in one of the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit make your reservations for this Saturday at 12:30pm.
