Remove one ball and do Glutes 2 min
Mom Jean Pocket Horizontal two balls top of hip2 min/side
TFL Vertical two balls 2 min/side beside and below ASIS
Bring top knee forward
Flex and extend the bottom knee
IT band 2 min/side
STRETCH
Stretch #1 and #2 and Half happy baby in strap
