Should be able to do 10+ in a row of the option chosen.
**For thosejust starting to get pull ups start with them, then move to ring rows to preserve intensity.
Handstand walk / Bear Crawl
** For those wanting to progress to handstand walk but haven't acquired the skill yet, you can perform 15 shoulder taps against the wall or perform 2 around the world with you feet on the box.
