5 rounds for reps of:
1 minute of 185/135-lb. deadlifts
1 minute of Box overs 24/20 inches
1 minute of strict knees-to-elbows

*** Notes Scaling

Deadlift - Make sure you able to do consistent sets of 8-10. Percentage recommeneded 45-55%

Box Overs - Scale by height of the box, Can also scale to a few stacked plates for a lower height

Strict Knee To elbows - Scale to V- sits or sit ups

ALWAYS MAKE SURE THERE IS A GOOD FLOW TO THE WORKOUT
