30 Seconds on/off each rounds

1)handstand weight shifts from right to left
-A) Back to wall
-B) On a box
2) Hollow Hold
3) Superman pulses
4) Rest

1000m Row
50 Thrusters, 45#
30 Pull-ups

Row - A moderately fast pace, Should still be able to have a broken up conversation.

Thrusters - Should be done in sets of 10 or more, scale to a lighter weight to preserve intensity.

Pull ups - If you have these down, blast them, if your at the 1-5 Pull up stage, start with them but then scale to ring row if the disappear.
Scale to Ring Row if pull ups aren't in your repertoire yetand try to do 3x10
