Then, 3 rounds of:
  115-lb. hang power cleans, 10 reps
  5 ring dips
  15-ft. rope climb, 1 ascent

Hang Power Clean - Done in sets of 10 at the begining then broken up into set of 5 later in the workout, this should be a relatively a lighter weight,

Ring Dips- Performed in sets or 5 or more then entire workout
