Sherwood Special (Time)

5 Rounds for Time
50 Double Unders
25 Push Ups
25 Med Ball Cleans
10 C2B + Dips or Rx+ 5 Muslce ups

**Scaling

Double Unders -Try to start with practicing a few, then finish off with some single unders. You can also start with them if skipping isn't quite your thing.

Push ups - Can be done as a 2 part push up or off a box

Medicine Ball Cleans - Use a lower weight, these should be done in big sets. Make those legs burn.

RING MUSCLE UPS -
SCALE AMOUNT 1 TO 4 PER ROUND , NO MORE THAN 2 SETS PER ROUND - DON'T BE WAITING AT THE RING MORE THAN 90 SECONDS, IF YOU FAIL ONE, REST 60 SECONDS AND TRY AGAIN

JUMPING MUSCLE UPS CAN ALSO BE DONE

OR

WITH
10 C2B/PULL UPS/RING ROWS
AND
10 RING DIPS/ BOX DIPS

ALWAYS MAKE SURE THERE IS A GOOD FLOW TO THE WORKOUT
