Batman and Robin 3 (AMRAP - Reps)

In teams of 2- 26 Minute AMRAP

Partner A does 25 Calories Rower
Partner B does AMRAP Shoulder to Overhead 135/95
until A gets back.
Switch and repeat. (score is reps of Shoulder to Overhead) (Each person only rows once and Shoulder to Overhead once)

Partner A 25 Calories Rower
Partner B does AMRAP Back squats 135/95from floor until A returns.
Switch and repeat.
Again, each person only runs once and squats once. Each back squat = 1 pt

Partner A does 20 Burpees
Partner B does AMRAP Hang Power Cleans 135/95
Switch and repeat. Hang Power Cleans = 1 pt, round down.

Partner A does 20 Burpees
Partner B does AMRAP C2B/Pull ups
Switch and repeat.
Pull up= 1 pt

If above is completed in less than 26 minutes, start over and continue until 26 minute cap.
