Coach's Warm Up/Mobility

Exhausted Lifting (1-1-1-1-1)

Every 3 minutes for 5 rounds:
10 Burpee Buy In:
1 Snatch

Work to a 1RM Snatch for the day.

So, every 3 minutes, do 10 burpees + 1 snatch (any style).

You can take an unlimited amount of attempts within the 3 minutes, however it is not recommended.

You must increase the weight (even slightly) every 3 minutes.
