Conditioning

This will be a "Mock Open Day" for the rest of 

January.  The purpose of this is so that all of youcan get a feel for what Friday's during The Openare going to be like.

We will talk about strategy, pacing, and warm up the specific movements involved in the Workout.

AMRAP 12:

150 Wall Balls 20/14

90 Double Unders

30 Muscle Ups

 

*The double unders will be scaled with 2:1 singles

*The 30 Muscle Ups will be scaled with 50 Ring/Bar Rows
