Conditioning

Today will be more of an "Active Recovery" day.

This means that the weight will be light and the movements will be low skill.

In 15 Minutes:

Choose either Airdyne or Rower and bike or 

row at a conversational pace.

Every 3 minutes you will perform:

4 - 25' Lateral Shuffles

 

Rest 5 Minutes

 

AMRAP 15:

8 Ab Mat Sit Ups

8 Russian Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg

8 Burpees

 

*You may choose which workout you want to start with

*The purpose of each workout is to just keep moving at a moderate pace without rest.
