Batman and Robin Returns (AMRAP - Reps)

In teams of 2- 26 Minute AMRAP

Partner A does 20 Calories Rower
Partner B does AMRAP Strict Handstand Push ups (scale with Seated kb strict Press)
until A gets back.
Switch and repeat. (score is reps of Strict Handstand Push ups ) (Each person only rows once and Strict Handstand Push ups once)

Partner A 20 Burpees
Partner B does AMRAP KettleBell Front Squats 24s/16s from floor until A returns.
Switch and repeat.
Again, each person only burpees once and Front Squats once. Each Front squat = 1 pt

Partner A does20 Calories Rower
Partner B does AMRAP KettleBell Clean and Jerks 24s/16s
Switch and repeat. KettleBell Clean and Jerks = 1 pt, round down.

Partner A does 20 Burpees
Partner B does AMRAP C2B/Pull ups
Switch and repeat.
Pull up= 1 pt

If above is completed in less than 26 minutes, start over and continue until 26 minute cap.
AMRAP - Reps

Calorie Can be performed on AirDyne, but 25 though :)
Dumbbell Can us as an Alternate - 50s/35s
