Handstand Walking and Shoulder Taps

3 Rounds:

200m Run

25' Handstand Walk OR 20 Shoulder Taps

If you are experienced with handstand walking,

you may extend this to 50'.

 

Weightlifting/Conditioning

Every 3 Minutes x 5 Sets:

3 Power Cleans (Touch and Go) + 2 Push Jerks

Ascending every set.
