4 Handstand Push Ups

8 Pull Ups

12 Air Squats

For Time (25 Minute Cap)

 

Coach's Notes:

This is the first Regional workout that was released, however I have scaled it down a bit for our class wod.  If you feel like you're up to the challenge, then you may take it on the original way it was written.
