6000m Row OR 660 Cal Airdyne For Time

Partner 1:

Partner 2 & 3 (1 Work : 1 Rest):

AMRAP:

60 Double Unders

40 Wall Balls

20 Burpees

 

*Partners will rotate on the rower or airdyne every 500m or 30 Cals.

*1 person is always rowing, while the other two are working through the AMRAP.  The AMRAP is over when 6000m or 660 Cals are completed.
