Conditioning

With a Partner

*Rules: Half of the groups will start the workout at AMRAP 12 (1) and half of the groups will start the workout at AMRAP 12 (2) and finish at opposite ends.

*The workout will be done in alternating sprint rounds.  Partner 1 will do a round, then rest while Partner 2 does a round.  Ex: When P1 finishes rowing or double unders, P2 begins.
