then

24 Double Unders

12 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch 50/35

8 Pull Ups/CTB

then

25 Handstand Push Ups

For Time (17 Minute Cap)

*The number of handstand push ups at the beginning and at the end of the workout can be lowered based on the athlete's skill level.  For example, if you max set of handstand push ups is 5, then the numbers should be lowered to prevent hitting failure early.
