EMOM 20:
Even: Wall Walks - 1 to 3 Reps
Odd: Strict Chin Up - 1 to 5 Reps (5 Second Negative on Last Rep)


*You may scale the chins ups by using a band and/or performing a negative.

Accessory

2 to 3 Sets:
Hammer Curls - 10 to 12 Reps
Dumbbell High Pulls - 10 to 12 Reps
