200 Double Unders

150 Jumping Lunges

100 Wall Balls 20/14

90 Box Jumps

80 Kettlebell Swings

70 Handstand Push Ups

60 Pull Ups

50 Kettlebell Squat Cleans

40 Kettlebell Push Press

30 Kettlebell Overhead Squats

20 Burpees.....because nobody actually likes burpees.

10 Rope Climbs

For Time

Divide the work up with a friend :)"
