Conditioning

In 3 Minutes:

100m Prowler Push (Parking Lot There and Back 2x)

With Remaining time:

Set 1: Max Rep Wall Ball 20/14

Rest 2 Minutes

Set 2: Max Rep Pull Up/CTB

Rest 2 Minutes

Set 3: Max Rep Burpee

Ex: 3 min to do Prowler + Max Rep Wall balls then rest 2 Minutes.
