With a Partner

Alternating Double TABATA (2 Minute Rest Between Each Set)

Set 1: Wall Ball/Double Unders

Set 2: Dumbbell Snatch/Box Overs

Set 3: Burpee/Kettlebell Swings

Set 4: Handstand Push Up/Sit Ups



How this works......


Partner A: :20sec of Wall Balls/:10 Sec Rest

Partner B: :20sec of Double Unders/:10 Sec Rest

Follow that pattern until you've each done 8 Sets of Wall Balls and 8 Sets of Double Unders. (16 Rounds of :20 On/:10 Off Total)

Rest 2 Minutes, then continue on to the new movements.
