A2. Single Arm Ring Rows x Max Reps/Side
A3. Sandbag Carry x 100’ (As Heavy as Possible)
A4. Single Arm Single Leg Kettlebell Deadlift x 8-10 Reps/Leg

Rest 30 seconds between movements
Rest as needed between sets.
