Conditioning

AMRAP 20:
1 Clean (Power or Squat)
10 Handstand Push Ups
15 Pull Ups
200’ Sandbag Carry @ .7Bodyweight/.5Bodyweight

*Workout is for total weight lifted AND total rounds completed.
The Clean must get heavier each round by a minimum of 5#.
Mens barbell will start at 115# and Ladies at 75#.
