200 V-Sits
100 Double Unders
200 Push Ups
100 Double Unders
200 Ring Rows

For Time

Reps may only be completed when one partner:
1. Holds a HOLLOW BODY during V-Sits
2. Holds a FRONT PLANK during push ups
3. HANGS from the bar during ring rows.
