A word from your coach:

Carleton will be hosting a powerlifting meet. The Ravens Powerlifting team is sending out invites to all athletes interested in trying out their first attempt at a powerlifting meet.  Carleton Athletics and Ravens Powerlifting is hosting the 1st Annual Capital Classic Fun Meet on Sunday, March 24th.

Lightweight and Heavyweight classes for males and females and competitors will get a chance to use full competition equipment.

Powerlifting team members will be on hand to provide assistance and guidance to new athletes.

 Lifting shoes or running shoes, wraps or naked knees, belt or no belt – everyone is welcome!
