5 Sets x 30 Second Hold (Wall or Box)/90 Second Rest

B.
5 Sets x 10-20 Shoulder Taps/2 Minute Rest

C.
5 Sets x 25’-50’ Walk/2 Minute Rest


Accessory

3 Sets:
100’ Overhead Kettlebell Carry/Arm
5-8 Dips (Ring/Bar/Box) - Weighted if possible
8-10 Dumbbell Pull Overs
*Rest as needed between sets
