Your body is the biggest investment you will ever have. So put money into it. We don’t hesitate to put money into our cars or houses, we should do the same for our bodies. Go to a Chiro or massage therapist every once and awhile, preferably before somethigng starts to hurt. Think of it like regular maintenance for your car. Book an hour with a trainer every once and awhile to see how things are progressing, like a little tune up.
