A word from your coach:

If you have ever been on a plane and listened to the instructions they always say to put your air mask on first before helping others. This is a great analogy for understanding that you need to take care of yourself so that you can take care of others. This is not saying to be selfish and put all your needs before others, but if you don’t take care of yourself you cannot help others.
