A word from your coach:

Do you remember your first time in the gym? It can be intimidating, it might have been your first time working out, you might be shy, you might be stepping outside your comfort zone trying something new. Take the opportunity to say hello and maybe partner with them in the strength part. It will give you an opportunity to get to know a new person, and perhaps share some knowledge and help teach some of what you have already learned. Most importantly it will make the new person feel a little more comfortable and show what kind of community we have at Bytown.
