You are welcome to workout before hand, but must be out by the start of the seminar.
A1. Sandbag Carry - 3 Sets x Max Distance (100m Minimum)
A2. L-Sit Hold or Tuck Knee Hold - 3 Sets x Max Time
B1. Lateral Sled Pull - 4 Sets x 100’ As Heavy as Possible
B2. Landmine Twist - 4 Sets x 10-12 Reps Total
C. TABATA - V-Sit Ups

What have you done for your recovery? Do you ROMWOD, use foam rollers and lacrosse balls? How about stepping it up a notch and trying something new. There are many options, Chiro, massage, meditation, cryosauna, infrared sauna, float tank. Not sure which one is best for you, just ask your coach.
