A word from your coach:

I heard a great analogy about pacing the other day. Successful athletes should be speeding up at the end not crawling. Think about the finish line at a marathon. The people who tend to do well are speeding up towards the finish line, burning the last little bit of energy, possibly passing a couple people near the end. The people who didn’t pace properly are the ones crawling or limping past the finish line. Try to approach workouts the same. Rarely have I heard anyone say “I started that workout too slow”
