With a Partner:
200 Double Unders
150 Walking Lunges
100 Kettlebell Swings
150 Wall Balls
200 Double Unders

*Every time the work is traded off from Partner A to Partner B and vice versa, Partner A/B must begin their share of work with a 100m Run. Ex. 50 Double Unders, 100m Run, 50 Double Unders, 100m Run….etc.
