Are you currently experiencing pain? For how long? Has it gotten better or worse? Many people experience daily pain and ignore it thinking it will resolve on its own. Has it? Start addressing these issues. Pain is common, it is not normal. With a good coach or practitioner to diagnose the issue and some stretching, smart training modifications, and/or rehab you can get rid of most pain before it becomes a chronic issue. The longer you have this pain, the harder it is to get rid of it. Start working on this now, so you can truly enjoy the only body you have.
