A word from your coach:

Staying consistent on your diet is hard for many. Even choosing the right foods can be hard. If this sounds like a problem you have, find a friend, preferably a judgemental one. Then agree to text them a picture of everything your eat or drink. This will help keep you aware of what you are eating, as well as holding your publicly accountable for what you are eating. This will also make it easier for a coach to review your diet if you need some input. If you do need some input on your diet feel free to reach out to one of our coaches or one of the many nutritionists who workout at our gym.
